Once registered, the student party is contacted by the sales team with 48 working hours to understand the requirements of the child. The child’s parents may choose a teacher from the panel of teachers enrolled with TheTutionE , as displayed in the website or a teacher may be recommended by the team. Once decided, the time and date is scheduled at which the trial session takes place.

TheTutionE is framed to provide continued assistance to every student. Apart from school education, TheTutionE assists pupils for several other after school programs (ASP) like coding, Indian regional languages and financial literacy to name a few.

In this mode of tutoring, students and teachers from any part of the world connect through our platform. Our dedicated team at TheTutionE schedules classes as per the availability of both teacher and student. The model is student centric and caters to students’ syllabus, homework and doubt clearing sessions.

Apart from imparting regular coaching for the different school curricula, TheTutionE has several other after school programs and vacations programs to keep students engaged while making significant value addition to their academics and extracurricular activities.

A student must have an uninterrupted internet connection and a devise, preferably a laptop, tablet or desktop. We do not recommend classes being conducted on mobile phones.

The USP of TheTutionE is that it offers the best teachers from across India who are skilled to deliver quality coaching to students from every curricula with utmost care and dedication. Although the mode of teaching is online, students receive individualized attention and proper timely assignments and assessments which test their knowledge and ability to perceive the lessons.

All teachers working with TheTuitionE are recruited mostly from India, Egypt, UAE, and other parts of the world. They are selected through a standardised process based on qualification, experience, interaction and demonstration.

Once invoice is raised, it is shared with the Parents/ student, payment may be made by Credit or debit card through the link provided along with the invoice or through bank transfer, bank details are mentioned in the invoice as well.

Usually leaves are rare, as our sessions are online so teachers and students may join from any location based on availability of both teacher and student. Rescheduling is possible with a valid emergency for a stipulated number of times every month, the details of which are mentioned in our LMS.

In case a teacher is unavailable or a teacher is not suiting the purpose of the student, TheTuitione may arrange to change a teacher twice in a span of 1 academic year.

Every month a PTM is held to discuss the progress of the child and focus on any areas which needs further attention and work. Apart from the regular PTM additional PTM may be arranged on the request of the parents or teachers wherever there is a scope for improvement for the student.
