The TuitionE Refund Policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for choosing The TuitionE, and we warmly welcome you to The TuitionE family!

At TuitionE Technology FZC LLC (hereinafter "The TuitionE"/ "we"/ "our"/ "us"), we value the trust of our customers ("Customer(s)"/ "you"/ "your" / "Subscriber(s)") and wish to inform you that you have purchased one of The TuitionE product/services (hereinafter referred to as "Limited Offer Product(s)"), under a special limited period offer. The refund terms mentioned below shall apply to your purchase of the relevant Limited Offer Product(s).

Your access to or usage of the Limited Offer Product(s) shall be governed by the relevant Terms of Use and Privacy Policies available on the applicable mobile application or website. To cancel your subscription and/or request a refund for the Limited Offer Product(s), you must submit a written cancellation request via email to operation@tutione.com.

Refund Terms for Limited Offer Product(s):
New Subscription
  • Cancellation within 2 days without taking any class:
    If you request a refund within 2 days of purchase and have not taken any class, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation within 3 to 7 days of purchase:
    If you request a refund after 3 days and up to 7 Days, we will process the refund but 80% of the balance classes.
  • Cancellation after 7 days and up to 14 days of purchase:
    If you request a refund after 7 days and up to two weeks, we will process the refund but 50% of the balance classes.
  • No refund after 15 days:
    If your refund request is made after 15 days of the purchase date, you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Exception after 15 days - Inability to provide a teacher:
    If after 15 days and up to 30 days we are unable to provide a suitable teacher, you will be eligible for a refund for the remaining classes after necessary adjustments. Beyond 30 days a student is not eligible for any refund.
  • New Subscription after Free Trial:
    If you newly subscribe after having a free trial class, a 50% refund of the balance classes is possible if we are unable to provide a suitable alternative.
Resubscription
  • Resubscription Cases:
    If you resubscribe and later decide not to continue, and we are unable to provide a suitable alternative, we will refund the balance classes after deducting any applicable discounts.
  • No Refund Beyond Validity Period:
    No refunds will be processed for any balance classes after the validity period of the purchased plan has expired.
  • Other Refund Policies:
    Any other refund policy mentioned elsewhere on our website or any promotional material shall not be applicable to the Limited Offer Service(s).
  • Sessions Eligible for Refund:
    Refunds will be issued only for all remaining unused sessions in your package based on any of the above criterion mentioned. No refunds will be granted for sessions that have already been completed.
Mode of Refund
  • All eligible refunds will be processed through online transfer in local currency only to the source account from which the original payment was made.
  • Refunds will be processed within 28 days from the date a written confirmation is provided approving the refund.
  • If the original payment account/instrument is inactive or does not support refunds, you must provide alternate bank account details belonging to you for processing the refund, along with a signed declaration in the required format.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or errors resulting from incorrect bank account information provided by you.
